These Terms of Service govern your use of meydo.ai and purchases from Meydo. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Online store terms

You must provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and use the site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, prices, market availability and promotions may change. We try to present information accurately, but may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order affected by a material pricing or availability error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.

Pre-orders

Meydo C1 is offered as a pre-order. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve a unit. Our current shipping estimate is approximately two months after the order date, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date. If we are unable to fulfill the pre-order, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method. Cancellation and return rights are described in our Return Policy.

Product development

Images and descriptions reflect our current design. Non-material details may change during final production. If a change materially affects the product ordered, we will provide notice and the remedy required by applicable law.

AI and digital features

AI-generated information can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the product or services.

Intellectual property

The site, Meydo name, product designs, text, graphics, software and other content are owned by Meydo or its licensors and may not be copied, sold or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Payments, hosting, shipping and some features may be provided by third parties, including Shopify. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

Warranty and liability

Meydo C1 includes the limited warranty stated on the product or warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory protections or dispute rights available to consumers in their country or region.
