Pre-order cancellations

Meydo C1 is sold as a pre-order. You may request a full cancellation and refund before your order is handed to the carrier. If we are unable to ship your pre-order, we will provide a 100% refund to the original payment method.

14-day returns after delivery

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Meydo covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable import charges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized items and items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or unauthorized modification are not returnable, except where required by law.
