Pre-order timing

Meydo C1 is a pre-order product and is not ready for immediate shipment. Our current estimate is that orders will ship approximately two months after the order date. Production, quality checks, customs and carrier conditions can affect timing, so this estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order updates

We send an order confirmation after checkout and tracking information after the parcel leaves our fulfillment facility. If the estimated schedule changes materially, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Destinations and rates

Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout. We currently focus on the United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong; availability can vary by product and address.

Taxes, duties and import fees

Taxes or duties may be collected at checkout. When they are not, local customs authorities or the carrier may collect them from the recipient. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is wrong. We will try to update it before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating, the parcel arrives damaged, or the carrier marks it delivered but you cannot find it, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and explain the available resolution.

If we cannot ship

If Meydo is unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method.
