Pre-order and product

Is Meydo C1 a pre-order?

Yes. Your payment reserves a unit from an upcoming production batch; the product is not ready for immediate shipment.

Why are you taking pre-orders?

Pre-orders help us plan production, components and quality checks more accurately while keeping customers informed before the first batch ships.

When will my order ship?

Meydo C1 is estimated to ship approximately one month after the order date. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. See the current Shipping Policy for details.

What happens if Meydo cannot ship my order?

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Which colors are available?

Meydo C1 is currently offered in Pearl White, Cloud Blue, Petal Pink, Sage Green and Lemon Glow, subject to availability.

Orders, shipping and support

When am I charged?

Payment is collected when the pre-order is completed at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

We will email tracking information after your order leaves our fulfillment facility. See the Shipping Policy.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Taxes and duties depend on the destination. Amounts may be collected at checkout or by local customs or the carrier.

Can I change my address or color?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
