A clear pre-order experience should explain what happens between payment and delivery. Here is the working path for the first Meydo C1 orders.
1. Order confirmation
After checkout, Shopify sends a confirmation to the email address on the order. Please check the color and shipping address and contact us quickly if either needs correction.
2. Production planning
Confirmed demand informs component allocation, production volume and the sequence of fulfillment. This is one reason the product is offered by pre-order rather than shown as ready to ship.
3. Assembly and quality checks
Units move through assembly and inspection before they are prepared for shipment. The schedule can be affected by component, quality, customs or carrier conditions.
4. Shipping preparation
Once an order is ready, it is packed and handed to the carrier. Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Our current estimate
We currently estimate shipping approximately two months after the order date. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will provide a 100% refund to the original payment method.
