Meydo C1 is currently available by pre-order. We want that to be clear before anyone pays: a pre-order reserves a device from an upcoming production batch, and it does not ship immediately.
Why pre-order?
A new hardware product involves component planning, production scheduling, assembly and quality checks. Pre-orders help us plan those steps around real demand instead of guessing, while giving early customers a direct place in the first batches.
What happens after checkout?
- You receive an order confirmation.
- Your order is assigned to the upcoming production and fulfillment plan.
- We prepare the device, complete quality checks and hand the parcel to the carrier.
- We send tracking details by email.
When will it ship?
Our current estimate is approximately two months after the order is placed. Hardware schedules can change, so the estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. If the schedule changes materially, we will contact customers using the email supplied at checkout.
Your payment is protected
You can request a full cancellation before the order is handed to the carrier. If Meydo is unable to ship the pre-order, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method. Full details are available in our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
